Sanjay Kumar, is the founder Chairman of Ch. SohanLal-Santosh Charitable Trust, one of the well know NGOs of India. CSSCT is a pioneering organization, committed to help the poor rise above poverty with selfhelp and dignity. CSSCT, through his constant guidance and visionary approach for the last 9 years, has today assumed the stature of a highly reputed developmental organisation which is deeply involved in the process of social empowerment at the grassroots level. His main ideological alignment is towards integrating health awareness, blood donation camp, tree plantation, scholarship distribution, social development, etc. Aiming at empowerment of the underprivileged section of society with particular reference to child & women, he has been able to successfully implement development programmes that address poverty eradication, livelihood promotion, basic health services, water & sanitation, education, and natural resource management.
Sanjay Kumar a 42 year, graduate from Jamia Millia Islamia University, New Delhi. He is actively involved in social work as a member of different social network organizations at district/state/national level. He has tuned his skills over the years, through regular interaction with individuals, communities, government authorities, donors and mass media, meeting the challenges of today’s highly specialized networking.
His significant contributions to the society have been widely recognized and appreciated by various organizations of national and global repute.
